Why spending so much money?
max: I do not think it will be a wise idea to spend such an huge amount of money for a temporary parking manager when we would have lots of management employees which could cover this role and which are already paid by the Common in order to often perform useless duties.
Anonymous: I think instead we should hire a real professional and this can only be provided by an external agency - existing employees are just not able to perform such a duty in a professional way.
